Although only in busniess a short time Katland's has had some high achievements and continues to grow at a extrodianry rate. Founded in 2017 by Katelyn Tsalikis, 18 years old at the time has becoming one of the most fast growing small businesses in Canada.Now a lot of peopel may sit there and wonder how someone so young can build a baking empire? Well determinaition and borderm mixed togeather always creates the most beatiful projects. From a young age the founder, Katelyn always had a intrest in baking. Some might say she put more time and effert into it than all her other work comnined. Katelyn has always had a love for baking, and when she was sick of her overworking underpaying job, she decided to become her own boss. She opened up shop in her mothers kitchen, and with only a ebay page to sell from she grew and grew until now only one short year later she has a bakery all to herself. With tremedous supprt from friends, Katland's is now a house hold name! But where did the name come from? Well thats a funny story. The founder Katelyn went to preschool when she was younger and they mispelled her name as KatLand on all her toys, lockers and school papers. She was then on known as KatLands and thus the name of her bakery.
